    • Financial assistance for veterinary services
    • Financial assistance for spay/neuter including spay/neuter.
    • Applications must be submitted online.
    • Applicant must have firm diagnosis of issue.

    • Family-owned pets only.  No rescues or fosters.
    • Pet must already be spayed or neutered, or will be spayed or neutered at the time of assisted medical procedure.
    • Applicants must reside in one of the following counties in California: Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, or Ventura.
    • Applicant must be able to demonstrate financial need and commit to an agreed-upon amount s/he will pay.
    • Applicant must provide the name and amount of any financial assistance provided from other organizations.
    • The treating veterinarian or clinic must be accept a verbal financial pledge from us, and bill us when procedure or treatment is complete.

    • Applicants must reside in one of the following counties in California: Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, or Ventura.
    • No assistance for vaccinations, routine care, grooming or kenneling.
    • No assistance for an office visit without a prior diagnosis.
    • No assistance for injuries or illnesses that could have been prevented through routine care.
    • No assistance if you have bred the pet, if you have bred other pets, or if you are an animal breeder of any kind.
    • No grants given for existing veterinary bills.
    • Assistance given to more than once every two years.
    • No assistance for cancer, cataracts, specialty procedures, ongoing treatments, or anything costing thousands of dollars.

    • Requests can be made on-line or via email.

    • Total family income must be less than $40,000 per year
    • Services for family-owned pets only.  No rescues or fostered pets.

    • Surgeries NOT offered: ACL repairs, anal / rectal prolapse, bone repairs, C-sections, cataracts, dentals, disc or back surgeries, gastric obstructions, perineal hernias, tooth extractions,
    • No imaging (x-rays, ultrasound, MRI) offered
    • No financial assistance available.
    • Pet must be spayed or neutered, or they will be at the time services are rendered.
