Did you know . . . pets make great companions for seniors? But many seniors with limited income simply don’t have the money to pay the costs that go along with having a pet. That’s the reason we started Assist A Pet.org The idea is to raise money to assist seniors with vet bills, pet food, walking pet services, doo doo pick-up, grooming and whatever else their little buddies may need. To think that a senior may have to put their best friend down because they may not be able to afford a vet bill is really sad. If we can make a difference in the life of a senior and their pet then we have made the world a better place. Please give what you can. What's New Pussycat?

THE "CHAIR"ity AUCTION was a BIG HIT!

Assist-A-Pet was involved in the "Lounging in LaGrange" summer project to help raise awareness to our mission and money for our cause.

We are happy to announce chair project raised over $400 for the Assist-A-Pet Chair. A special THANKS to everyone who worked on this great event. All the proceeds will go to seniors who need a little help covering pet expenses.
